oh I like, alot! Nice old skool car, nice big ass engine block sticking out the front, relaly nice shape, proper car! Bring it up here and ill gee ya a race... (I wonder why my insurance was £1800 if I was the only driver, its only a 1.2 as well! :D)

Haha, thanks GavX!

Well, to tell you the truth your 1.2 could probably out run my 1.6 Capper. It weighs a ton, literally.

I heard stories about when they was used as police cars, the drivers would actually fill the boot of the car with bricks just to keep the back-end from sliding out lol.

But yes, the weight is ALL at the front. Absolutely sod all at the back, so be careful when trying to take on a nimble little Fiesta or something round a roundabout. You'll more than likely end up batting them off the road with ur backside :p

Yeh baby :p

can back this up..a mate bought an Ex-Police 2.8i years back direct from a Police auction...there was obvious evidence of concrete dust in the boot but that thing was tuned to within an inch of it's life and was uber rapid....

Still think you've done the right thing fella, new cars suck, there's never a smile on my face when I drive the Saab but pop me in a classic and I love it....there's a whole following of like minded people and not one for dropping liks if you PM me I'll bung you over a few sites of like minded people.

ENjoy it

Right, got her home last night on a trailer. Unfortuantly the trailers lights were out so we had to use the Capris which means the battery is now flat.

She is charging on the drive as we speak.

I have given her a good polish after last nights storm and hoovered out the interior whilst listerning to a bit of Jimi Hendrix. :)

Thanks AydST, ill PM you in a sec. ;)
