Even though i don't think WD is all that great, reducing it to what's pretty much just a bunch of gimmicks and graphics i cannot support.

Err well you didn't say that.
Its the fact that PS4 can play the game but here we see thousands of pounds worth of PC and the game looks like crap and runs like it. It looks like Battlefield all over again, it really annoys me that games come out and are so unfinished and buggy it shouldn't be legal.
Also those videos posted comparing to GTA, if your buying the game to shoot at water then your an idiot. Its nothing like GTA.

It's mainly due to the fat cats at the top wanting to get it out as fast as possible which in turn damages the companies reputation which is quite evident now with Ubisoft and EA/Dice

Graphically unless you have 1 inch thick glasses it's easy to tell them apart although the interactivity of GTA4 does outstrip WD which I think is a shame considering this is 2014

How am I being a douche.Why do you keep saying about the graphics?I never said anything about them,in fact I never said anything at all,so you DID jump to conclusions thinking I was talking about graphics.If I wanted to bang on about visuals I would compare WD to my modded GTA IV and WD loses BIG time to that.^_^

The game looks like crap in general, I think thats the issue :I. You're right, it shouldn't be legal. I swear its misselling or something :mellow:.

I never said he said anything about the graphics, Butt out.
As I said to Sekkak above, I never said you said anything about the graphics, I said the graphics were better which is true but the interactivity is better on GTA4.

Its a game I'll get free with a gpu otherwise I'll get it in a year. Much like how I got Sleeping Dogs. Come to think of it, there are some comparisons to be made with that game. It had so much potential but it fell down in a few key areas. Saying that, it was bad in almost the exact opposite. It was very pretty while being reasonably intensive (one of the only games I've played which you can run at 100% gpu usage yet still not dip in frames)and had solid hand to hand combat but was let down by a poor story and interactivity with the world in general. Watchdogs seems to be the opposite.

You guys are comparing apples with oranges, GTA and WD are two different games.
GTA does do some things better than WD, but WD isn't GTA and it is still a good game.
If you nit pick a tiny things and compare two games against the other you will always find things like shown in the youtube vids posted with any games.
And I don't remember reading anywhere that WD was trying to be better than GTA.
It is still a good game, is it a GTA killer? No. It is its own game and does what it does well like GTA does what it does well.
Also the graphics are a bit hit and miss, some places look amazing where others don't.
You can't really use the argument that a modded GTA looks better either, you have to mod GTA to make it look better. WD looks like that without mods.

GTA IV is six years older, i think it's quite impressive how well it keeps up even without mods. Then again GTA is on the sandbox throne and no game will kick it down anytime soon. But as you said, GTA and WD aren't a whole lot alike. I think WD should be compared to games like Infamous.
