By law OC Masta has been fraudulent (his actions have purposefully deceived to gain something) and because of this he must be dealt with by the higher powers of this forum, mark73's bank fraud squad, mark73's local police.
OC3D being the establishment where this fraudulent behaviour occured must provide a route of solution to OCMasta before his details are passed onto the various places listed above.
OC3D admins must provide Mark73 with all the details they have of OCMasta (that includes activity logs and personal information). At the same time OC3D must give OCMasta traceable letter explaining the fact that he has been fraudulent and his details have been passed onto the bank fraud division. Once Mark73 receives the information he must take multiple copies of it to provide the various establishments the same information.
It is then upon the Mark73's bank and the police to deal with this action which will most likely end up with OCMasta in court and either a few 000s fine or small jail stint. This also makes sure OC3D cannot be seen as not helping the situation (giving out details is a solution but not legally as its confidential information so procedure must be followed).
This is small claims stuff so OC3D must send 3x recorded delivery letters giving him 10 days to sort, 10 days to sort and 14 days to sort. SCC is £160 which you will get back if you win.
Should take a week to get this lot started. I had to check with another department for what should be done.
