iPhone 4S is AWESOME

I just bought my wife an iPhone 4S today and thought I'd take it for a spin first... it managed to make me think my iPhone 4 was slow. I didn't expect a noticeable difference... there is. And then there's Siri, which is one of the coolest things I have seen in a while. Does anyone remember ALICE AI? I feel like that's the technology behind Siri; however, I can't wrap my mind around how accurate its voice recognition is. I can speak really fast and even mumble but it somehow figures out what I said with amazing accuracy.

If you say things like "I love you" to Siri, it will respond with "I bet you say that to all your Apple products". I asked it that question over and over again, and it responded "We've been over this already. You don't need to repeat yourself."

Just... wow.

I won't be lonely anymore.

When they opened today, Apple had only shipped out 55 16GB Black iPhone 4S' to our province(BC)! And they all went to one store! So nobody could get a 16GB and basically convinced themselves to buy the $120 more 32GB version.

If you preordered... they may be sold out by the time you get there. I had mine pre-ordered, but wouldn't have gotten one until next week had I relied on that alone. Good thing I was 2nd in line... they went like cakes that were hot.

Apparently nowadays, "preorder" just means "you have your name on the list but will have to wait a bit".

I already have mine in hand, it was delivered this morning. I'm at work though so can't restore from my iTunes backup.

Me camping at Apple store Covent Gardens, London.

Got my iPhone 4s in white, 64GB version. Im so happy, finally i can play around with it and also catch up on sleep since i camped out for 1 and a half days with only 3 hours of sleep.

cant help but say please get a life it is a phone its not like there isnt going to be enought to go around 1 and a half days outside queeing for a phone ? have you not got anything better to do .... FML apple fan boys really REALLY freakind sad

Yeah well your not an apple fan boy so you would not understand and no i did not have nothing to so i camped out for the 4s and i then had some to do.

I got a life, its your choice if you camp out or not, simple as. I wanted to so I did and I will continue to do so even for the ipad 3 next year

seriously .. i have a 3gs and my dad has a 4 . but wtf why the hell would ANY ONE sleep outside for a PHONE??? i mean it isnt even a fassion statment to have a iphone any more .... and ipad 3 sleep out loool howcome there isnt a pic of u queeing with your ipod out listenign to tunes while playing a game on your ipad / using your ipad as a e reader then fanboyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
 
I dont get it. You have to have it there and there . you'd swear it was a limited edition one off thins 1.5 days outside.... for something ANYONE can get ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD freely at the same price etc ...
