I wouldnt worrie about IDnet as far as FUP's are conserned, if you where useing exessive bandwith, downloading at full speed 24/7 then they have every right to contact you, as they would be makeing a massive loss on your conection, espechaly at 14.99.

As far as the 10mb cable goes, if you can get cable fine, but most of us can only get a 2mb BT line. The IDnet package is better than anything you can get for under £25. The product we have through SX isnt one of there normaly retail packages, so I would question the aplication of thouges terms any way. You dont really need to use the website, there e-mail responce is so good, just send an e-mail, for any questions. Or I'm sure XMS will be able to feild some of them,

found out my exchange is going to be adsl2 enabled in the next few months.

best email idnet see if they have any plans for providing adsl2 connections
