i want a tv card to enable me to watch sky tv on me second monitor, have bought one of the cheap easycap form ebay. but the sound quality is proper shit. im not after hd quality, just be watchable., dont want to spend much. needs to be win 7 compatible.

anyways your not going to get a higher quality is is not a capture card, and to be honest they are a bit discontunued, last card i had it was a ZOGIS, and since manufacturs rarely send shippments to a single person per piece, you should check your local PC-place they might have some old thing with a decent recording like mpg4 or mp4 or so


good luck with that i didnt found it on my country :/, and some1 may think that should be an extra feature on any mother board or graphic card....

that zogis seems to not be recording, while your on your pc and i found a cheaper 1 that works, already bought it and checked reviews and quality
