sorry if this is a lq post, but does anyone here know php/html? i have a linux hosting package, and i need a very simple website made, basically, upload image, and select a catagory, and it uploads, can anyone help me out?

i changed the permissions so i can delete it, still says i cant :L....

Were these files generated with PHP?, because if so then you will not be able to delete them with PHP.
