6990 starting to piss me off

Why is it every once in a while my GPU1 will get stuck at 800mhz core and 1250mhz memory, while GPU shows its appropriate clock of 975core and 1350memory. In order for me to fix this I have to restart my computer. It is really getting to the point to were I am going to sell my GPU.

What software you using to overclock it?

Msi afterburner beta 11 or 12 I can't remember, but it's the latest.

ATI overdrive seems to over ride the settings, I had the same issue with my HD 6950's.....

I got it fixed. Just disable hardware accelerations for flash player.

ive been using asus' gpu tweak for a while with great success...

the only pain ive come across is a freeze when play'n around with the 2d clocks
