Wow Server New Location

Ok so I have been think hard about where to put my server for a while, and have made a decision, but would like your opinions on whether it was a good one or now??????

So here goes............. Sorry about the bad quality photo's (Sis has my normal camera, these were taken on my Iphone, with bad light)

The only thing that really concerns me, as that it has a speaker right next to it......

The speaker shouldnt affect it much, the drives are at the front of the tower aswell?, ive got a sub from my 2.1 speakers RIGHT next to the front of my case about 5 inches from my hdd's and its had no adverse effects in the past year and a half+.
