Starcraft and Hamachi problem

hi, basically my brother and i want to play starcraft (ver 1.16.1) but we cant. we are using UDP to play but when he or i creates it, neither of us can see it. we are using hamachi (the latest version), in hamachi we can send messages to each other but cannot ping each other (says request timed out). We both are using windows xp.

You need to both put Hamachi at the top of your adapter list in Control Panel.

To do this just Go to All Programs > Accessories > Communications > Network Connections. Go to the menu > Advanced > Advanced Settings. Put Hamachi on top of the list.

Also, make sure all the relevant ports are open.. check and double check.
