Now we need a piccie of the completed office with the chair in situ....

Right well After a bit of bargain hunting. I had these deliverd today.

SDC11882.jpg

So all the power cable that are seen inside the case should be nice and neat now. Plus my PCIE power cable wont be stretch anymore, due to the Ravens layout.

They where half the price of the Bitfenix ones on Specialtech. And are realy nice quality. I havent fit them yet. As I have only just got in from work after leaving at 5am this morning. What fun lol. So it can wait till the weekend. And hopefully my new chair will be here then as well.

Ouch don't envy those working hours! Cables look smart though, can't wait for pics at the weekend!

Hi,

Gotta say that I love this stuff, seeing what other people are creating. Really makes me want to start doing more myself to my rig. Only problem is that my PC is working great so there's no need to really do anything to it from a functionality perspective...but that's really not the point right?
wink.gif

Actually my current rig was originally just a machine to tide me over while I spec'd up the bits for my "proper" rig. I'd planned to get bits like case, many of the WC components etc. in ready for Ivy B. and whatver is new from AMD or NV GPU-wise. However the little 2500k system I built has proven so great that it may end up being a more long-term system for me. As such I might take a jump into watercooling for this build, while trying to create something neat and looking good.

Excellent work mate, love the build.

Cheers,

Scoob.

P.S. I've really gotta stop reading all these build threads else I'll be spending sooner than I should lol.

Well My nice package arrived dead on the time i was emailed from specialtech.

SDC12007.jpg

And its contents.

SDC12008.jpg

4m of black tygon tubing

2ltrs of mayhems oilblack coolant.

240mm X 60mm phobya g-changer

Had to get a new Rad as aparently a 120mm rad is not watercooling.
rolleyes.gif

Fitted the fans onto the rad.

SDC12012.jpg

And fitted the rad into the drive bays at the front of the raven. Not bad for an "aircooled only" case eh

Now im just waiting for my fitting to come. and then i have to get them off to have a chrome red finish put on them.

And just orderd a new res as well. One like this. expencive as far as res's go. but looks realy nice.

Looking good Cerbrus

I love those FrozenQ Reservoirs the green and blue versions remind me of the T-Virus from the Resident Evil films. Just under £70 for a res is expensive though but for the looks they are worth it.

Ya know what with the red and black i was half tempted to go down the umbrell corporation logo route. But. Although the logo would look awsome on the case. I think Blue or green coolant would look a bit too odd. As most people would not think to them selfs T or G virus.

using some Small brackets from work. They are for roof trusses. But where a perfect fit. Ill get some picks of how it is fitted for you in a bit.

Cheers. I'm surprised there isn't anything "off the shelf", but I've never seen anything on any of the water cooling stuff?
