Problem with start MACH II GT

Hi all, I run my pc with mach II gt today in he morning and everything was o.k. When I come from school I turn on my pc and mach go on, but after two minutes I look on mach display and there was 39 celsius:O temperature go up and in back of mach II gt was blinkink green light and next yellow one was lighting. So I pull out electric cable from mach II gt and wait one minute than I I put cable back and display show -39 celsius:O turn pc on and everything o.k.

I have a few question: was it mistake of temperature? Could I damage mach because i didnt wait 20 minutes before I put electric cable back to mach( I read it now in manula that I have to wait 20 minutes)? And what mean that green blinck and yellow light?

P.S.: I have mach II gt for month and have 397 operation hours, is it problem that I used it so ofte(I thought it is 24/7)??
 
Help please!!! I cant turn on pc on display Fail sensor Sensor ufa. What is it ?? I need help thomorow i hve an exam and I need my pc!!!!!!!!What can I dowith mach????????????????????????????????????????
 
OK. Lets deal with the really important bit: If you got an exam tomorrow, can you go back to air and do what you need to do that way?

It sounds like what happened to you in the first post and whats just happened could be connected. Could you try flashing the firmware to see if that might help? That`ll need a 2nd computer, so might take a while and you got other stuff to worry about. If firmware flashing doesnt help, you might need the sensor replaced- the Mach will not boot if the evap head temperature cannot be read. Its a failsafe

Errr...the evap head sensor cant be changed by many ppl...it goes down the side of the hose and enters the evap head.

IF (big IF) thats the problem, I think it would need to be sent back for repair work.

Theres a chance its not that..I`m no phase expert, this is a guess.

Oh yes I understand, but i cant flash firmware even if i have another pc. when i plug in electric cable fter few second on display is 99 celsius and compresor is going upnad down every second so ihace t plug out cable...:-(((((
 
Ok first off make sure all the cables and connectors are all secure inside the mach make sure nothing has come loose then as suggested flash the firmware you can do this with your laptop if you have too this is of course unless your mach starts then stops then starts then stops constantly in which case you will either have to send it away for repair or order a new control board
 
I have mach for one month it is terrible :-((( Only cost of transport from my counry is...... I worked for my mach whole year and it worked only one month .-((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

OK. You might still be able to flash the firmware even if the temperature reading is all over the place.

If you can set up the Mach near to whatever computer your gonna flash from and only plug in the molex, USB cable and power-on cable (leave the mains cable for the compressor unlugged) The temperature reading on the LCD is only reading what it thinks it says- if the compressor aint on, theres nothing to worry about in regard to overheating or anything else temperature related.

You`ll probably need a desktop computer to get the connections you need, just flash the firmware that way and...it might work

I`m no phase expert..I`ll stress that again, so this might not be the problem. I`ve also never flashed my firmware, thats just from the instructions/memory.

EDIT: Because Fatty jumped in with REAL knowledge (thanks!), try his advice first..I dont know how to flash using a laptop.
 
Also if you have nothing but your laptop to flash with you will still need a molex connected from a working/runnind psu so you may have to jumper your psu or use a spare psu

As for the usb if you have a spare usb cable cut it open, all the wires are colour coded (white,red,green and black) and just match them to the colours of the mach usb cable
 
S IflSHED it for 10 times and nothing help :-(( I founded stock fun fro my cpu so I have to use it... I am really disapointed from thing which cost really much and after one month is broken :-((((((((((((((((((((((( How long dou you think will take repair it??
 
Could this be a dead control board? It's been known to cause problems like this. If it is the controller board, you will need to get a new one which Phil MAY be able to help you.

Just a thought. Also make sure you follow my reflashing guide to the letter, if a step is missed things can go wrong, just go through it all slowly and make sure its doing what it should at the point it should.

Tell us what's happening when you flash aswell. May be a big give away as to the problem in that.

So after five time flash... when I push main cable in so for few seconds it show right temperature which is in my romm but than it grow up and stop on 99 celsiusand than it show Fail sensor Sensor ufa. Back on mach red light is blikink next yellou is lighting, next yelow is switch off and next green is lighting. What does mean this lights?? I dont understand it throw manual...

According to manual it means:

Error Code 5

Fail sensor.

If there is a display connected it will indicate which sensor is defect.

The sensor is broken or bad connection to the Chip-controller.

Check cable and connections.

Did you use the right firmware version for your GT?
 
I am really creazy from this!!! after one hour I try mach II gt again. I plug only the main cable, the yellow cable to MB and electric cable from mach to PSU, but evepoator I have out. I push pc and mach go work he stoped on 55 celsius and after few minutes on display to slow so I plug out main cable and than plug in and display show -40 celsiu so i push pc on and everything go ok. So I think there is somevhere bad contact or is board in mach crazy, what do you think??
 
Buy a new control board or send it away to get fixed sorry but seems to be your only answer or dont have the mach set up on a pc just use the molex and usb flash the firmware
 
I flashed firmware 5 times it doesnt help.. Yes I know that new board on mach is only way but I think that there can be only bad contact or so, but where???
