Guys,

I have a friend of a friend who is looking for a new laptop. He's got approx £600 to spend (maybe a little more).

He's looking for something that will do moderate gaming (obviously not amazing for £600), and will come with all the usual other gumph.

Anyone got any ideas?

I came up with this, but there is prolly better around:

Any of these interest you?

You guys bash those guys so much.

They aren't bad at all for regular people.

Gamers can be regular people, we are modders and overclockers.

No the PC's dont suit our needs, no need to bash.

My dad's 4600 (dell) was quite a nice machine!

the second dell in 2 months for me to fix will be arriving at my house sometime this week. god bless dell.

Show me something foolproof and I'll show you a better quality of fool ;)

Dave, ever notice it's the software thats screwed. I've worked on MANY Dell's and none have been hardware-related.

It's always a user who knows nothing about Anti Virus apps, Anti Spyware apps, etc...

So I show them how to update and scan, and I write a little readme for them.
