FPS needed

Hello people! :wavey:

I have a craving for a new first person shooter.

I need one with a good mutiplayer and is pretty to look at.

Anyone know of anything?

FPS I have:

Counterstike source

Half Life 2 + 1

Rainbow Six Vegas

Call of Duty 1 and 2

Battlefield 2141, 1942 and 2

UT2004 + 3

Recommendations are very very welcome.. :p
 
Stalker is pretty good fun.

Kind of rpg aspect going on throughout it.

Storyline wise, I just got the to the classic 100% cream cheesey bit which was a laugh :)
 
29th August for Crysis :)

Im liking the look of Bioshock, which come out about the same time I think.

Got a feeling I'll be needing quite a bit gpu power by then..

Prey is a fiver on play.com, looks worth a go.
 
Cheap stuff ftw if u`r looking for summit to tide u over til something else comes out.

Why not try`n see if the really classic games will work on u`r setup, bet u can find the original Unreal somewhere for a £1. lol or open source download maybe. Should fly tbh cos I believe it was opengl or d3d to play.

Heard that xbox360 game... snow.. shooting stuff.. big aliens... lmao I can`t remember the name now. Anywho being dev`d for pc.
 
Crysis looks amazing!

So does Bioshock and so does UT3!

But all so far away! :eek:

Rast that snow shooting game is ermm, Lost Planet! Looks good too!

Ya that`s it Lost Planet, see the r`n`d guy being interviewed for tv, and apart from that being put inline for the pc, there`s gonna be a wealth of games that were xbox only, or ps3 only, or ps2, wii etc now being made for the whole range of consoles and pc rather than just 1.

Something to do with a lack of dev stuff from other sections preventing it, especially ps3 - which seemed obliviously weird to me.

Talking of oblivious, Oblivion has an expansion out or coming hasn`t it ?!?! (might be old news that)
 
There was a rumor that Assasin's Creed was going to come out for PC, but unfortunately, I haven't heard anything about that since... sucks cause it looks like an amazing game and I don't have a 360.

If you are into Splinter Cell, you may want to look into one of those games.
 
Assassins creed is coming for PC check all game retailers and the website! ;)

And Oh, yesh I forgot Farcry sorry matey!

Of course I have played it! But I never finished it.. :eh:
 
Quake4 is good, Farcry is probably my least favorite game ever. What about downloading a mod for hl2? like goldeneye or something

Unreal 2 is ok.

I agree with llwyd. farcry was rubbish.

Ah yes, FEAR and Doom 3 are excellent.

I liked Farcry, I found it an engrossing and highly polished game.
 
I loved Farcry!

Is the FEAR expansion pack thingy any good?

Just looked on my shelf and Clive Barker's Undying is a total classic, pretty old but some serious cloth touching moments in it.

Oh and try Command and Conquer 3 just started playing it and its pretty slick :)
