hello all
Yesterday i ordered some pc parts to replace my very old and tired sandy bridge and then it came to me the motherboard i ordered can only be used with a usb keyboard and mouse which i had a usb mouse but no usb keyboard so from the same retailer i ordered a corsair k60 keyboard.
today my order turns up and all is good until i find the cpu box and it looks like its been run over by a bulldozer and that there is no cpu in the box at all (I'm not sure if this is normal for Intel or not ) so anyway i have contacted the retailer and they are now looking in to it.
the keyboard which was in a separate box i took out later on today to look at it and start using it and found it's twisted so it moves around when using it, at first i thought maybe was stuck under one of the feet, something under the mouse mat or maybe the desktop had moved and was no longer flat but after checking its the keyboard.
when i bought the keyboard it was listed as refurbished and not as new so i'm unsure if im being cheeky to contact them about this being damaged to after i have used it for an hour or two as well or if i should just live with it and call it a life lesson not to buy refurbished keyboards or parts again ?
many thanks for all advice in advance
