Decent soundbar

Hey,

I'm currently on the search for a decent and cheap soundbar, if anyone has any tips, recommendations or so?... Are these even good overall though?. As this would go better in regards to placement and space overall. To replace my 2.1 speaker system.

Something like this, only a smaller base if possible as I would like to mount it under the desk, in some way. If possible:

Also, if possible, a colour theme of black and blue, would be preferred as it would go well with the rest of my setup.

I live in the Scandinavia area, so anything within Europe in regards to sites, shipping etc is preferred as well.

Thanks,
Chrazey

tbh, sound bars are a compromise from the start, no stereo separation and they're kind of the best of a bad idea.

Also, saying 'decent but cheap', the only speaker maker that comes to mind when you want compact, but still decent sounding is Bose, they're the king of 'omg that sounds bigger than it looks' but you will pay through the nose for the privilege.

Personally I avoid these types of speakers, but I guess it depends on your requirements.

Thanks for the replies guys, so basically I'm better off staying with my current Logitech Z313 2.1 speakers then?:

Soundbars have their place - usually in front of a flat screen TV as their speakers are rubbish. That's pretty much what they were designed for. Great for smaller apartments and you can Bluetooth from your phone etc. For the size the sound is awesome.

I wouldn't get one for my PC I'd spend the money on something else. The Logitechs will be fine.
