On the website it says that it's £40 installation + price of modem/router. Does anyone know if that's still the case?
XMS said:To say that they are the best ISP i've ever used would be an understatment.
I've been with them for about 1 1/2 years now, and never had a single problem.
They are fast, their tech support is great, and they are better than Zen and Nildram (which i've used in the past).

r_jast said:I was recommended this by Matt (kempez). I'm currently connected with IDNET and a line test I just did gave me:
Upload: 288
Download: 2206
I had an initial problem with the hardware I bought for the connection. Rang IDNET's tech support line out-of-hours and left a message for them to ring me back. They rang me back in under 2minutes!
IDNET did a line test and it was not their end. Matt (kempez) came over and got me up and running in about a minute!!
Speeds are awesome and its so cheap compared to the rest of the ISP's (at the deal price)
What can I say: nothing but praise!![]()

name='SuB' said:hwo dya find out if it's available in your area.. we're sick of NTL and wondering if we can move...
SuB said:Your exchange has ADSL broadband.
Our initial test at your postcode indicates that you may be able to have an ADSL broadband service that provides 1Mbps, 512Kbps or 256Kbps line rate. However due to the length of your line the 1Mbps service may require an engineer visit who will, where possible, supply the broadband service.
If you decide to place an order, a further test will be performed to confirm if your line is suitable for the service you wish to purchase.
Thank you for your interest
