But unfortunatually or fortunate depending on what side you are on all these sites take a hard line on cheating and according to that you have been caught red handed and you will not make it off the punkbuster global ban list you can appeal the pbbans but that evidence is fairly hard. It seems fairly pointless appealing the pbbans one though as you have been globally banned by punkbuster.
Admin of these forums can match your ip subnet from your last post if it all matches the pbbans information then it might be time to come clean

It is not easy to end up on that pbbans list! There is a lot of cross checking done before anybody is added. The cod4 online gaming has just become alot smaller for you, you can deny and I am not judge or jury but from experience I do not think the ban is incorrect globally banned then a pbbans streaming server has caught you for an aimbot violation, seems somebody using the same name and same GUID has been caught cheating that is fact. Whoever it was also used the OC3D clan tags which was not a great move as it will never be removed.

Dude, i added that as a bit of a joke at the end. Not sure if the tag thing is enabled, i doubt it is, it was just a thought.

Actually, i saw someone post a demo of themselves as an appeal and they had wallhacks running. I doubt you're that stupid, but its not that crazy.

now that is a neat trick as i was at work at the time,in fact i was on the m1 about 65 miles away from home.........didnt know i could play and drive at the same time

Well the only conclusion is to take it up with those two sites.
Nothing any of us here can do to get you removed from either of those ban lists. Am not going to get in to a why an where and what.

The screenshot does not have to be new punkbuster is running silent in the background. It is very common for punkbuster to harvest information in that way and then gloabally ban lots of people at the same time from archived information.

The ban code as you say is not that it is a GUID and when you get kicked they only state part GUID which is the end part which matches 100%, the GUID is a hash of your original code that you used to install and should be unique to you, which from the pbbans post confirms because it has been verified, had somebody else used the same GUID it would be associated and trust me with the amount of online tracking and streaming servers you would have been associated to another account and IP and username the fact that there is nothing other than what is on that post goes against you! That GUID is unique to you and the copy of cod4 you have.
I truthfully am not going to respond after this post (unless you stand up and admit) as it is without shadow of doubt from all I see that somebody has used your internet, cod4 username and GUID and cheated. Some might say hey mistakes can happen but not on those levels. There is too much that says otherwise. So you can say hey it wasnt me and maybe it wasnt you but somebody has and the remains will still be on the pc. I will step back now as truthfully it is not my business and if the server admins want to accept what you say is truth that is up to them but I know and you know!

know what exactly? and it dosnt matter what server admins accept because of the "almighty anti cheat cheat system" has already made the decision for them
I updated PB and then when I joined the server it said I was banned... theres an easy fix though.
Just copy and paste your player folder onto your desktop (mainly as a backup in case anything goes wrong).
Go into your settings and use the keygen from the download to get a different key, enter this different key and join one of the servers. Exit the server and make sure that the key you are using is the new one.
It worked for me anyway
PS: Im noticing Punk Buster is kicking a hell of a lot of people off the .86 server.
