It was a truely remarkable game in single player. Towards the end I was getting fed up of the spawn fest of the enemy so for me it was not too short.

It is all about the multiplayer though, which I am yet to experience.

I think this game has set a benchmark for future games and I hope that we saw more like it. 9.6/10 :wavey:

Just from reading all the reviews I think i'll have to get this game...

I'm gonna probably rent it for PS3 short term and buy it for PC... Can also witness first hand if there are any differences.

Completed in 5hours(non-stop) on regular.

This game is Awsome!! Single player mode I'm enjoying alot, I rarely play single player mode because I hate killing bots and a great lack of realism, but this games a whole new level. I really feel apart of the game and last night I played multiplayer mode for the first time... Think i'm addicted! I've always enjoyed the COD series and this one is well worth the fourth title. Love it!

oh, and the visuals are really nice, especially the effects like when your on the ship and your vision keeps tilting, for me it would be a 8.5/10

At long last!!! After PRE-ORDERING call of duty 4 from play, it's finally actually been delivered!!!!

13 days for 1st class delivery I honestly gave up hope on it turning up!

I love it, especially multiplayer!! Not finished single player yet though, but shouldn't be too much longer I dont think

Awesome. Been playing multiplayer mode for like 4 hours straight and i hate to say but it may well could be the best multiplayer game i ever played... who am i kidding, css is the best cod4 is one of the best. So yup, definitelly worth every single pence i paid for it. there is just so much to do, plant the bomb, kill bad-boys, even do some of the challenges. amaizing game and thats it.

there appears to be a few problems at the moment,with regards to certain people on the server,there is a alot of racism and some hackers,is there anything that can be done about it?

well hackers are hackers and they will always find a way around blocks etc just to ruin the fun of a game. best thing to do would be to block those who are found hacking permanently and just keep updating the server with the latest software to help prevent hacks being used.

as for racism and other problems like that, its a pitty the offenders can keep their opionions to themselves and it does not need to be brought into a game; especially when younger children may be playing. to help reduce this problem banning the offender/s for a couple of days depending on how severe the abuse/comment was.

i shall be getting the game next week for my new pc .. see you all online
