Well in that case, I'd go for the Noctuas, the square onesYes, Silent wings are 239kr while the Redux are 159kr (square) and 179kr (rounded).
Well if there was a perfect fan, then we wouldnt need to ever discuss it  too bad it only exists in my dreams. Would have to rewrite the laws of physics to make my 'perfect' fan possible
Me personally i would avoid Corsair fans. Its not the fan or anything that's bad, pushes a lot of air but to me they are to loud(own the Sp120 QE's) on 12v and on 7v when i used to have the rig about 4ft to my right it wasn't as quiet as others made them out to be. I even had them in a FD R4(which cuts down noise considerably from my personal hear testing w/window vs solid panel) and i could hear them. Again not bad fans but with my sensitive hearing i can hear them... then again not many people have cases super close to them so if they were any further at 7v you would have to literally focus for a while to find the air sound.
You must of been unlucky, i have run them on 7v & 5v they have been quiet i could only hear them when i put my ear right next to them, But your ears must be better than mine
But at the end of the day its up to the OP on what he gets![]()
Ya like i said, nothing wrong with the fans, just to me to loud at 7v compared to what everyone claims... just me though.
Really the best fans are the ones you pay more for. It's down to design and specific function you need. What use you need it for really seperates which fan is best and then down to design. With fans you get what you pay for.

^Blade design looks a bit hmeh to me. The back shroud is just a copy of the Silverstone AP series - not bad fans either now I mention it.
I think it won't matter too much and either fan will serve you fine tbh. It's not like you're going to see a temperature difference (depending on RPM, of course), so the only thing you're looking for is silence. In that case I'd go with either the Noctua's, or BeQuiet fans if you want better looks.
