It's a bit quiet around here atm as we're all just getting on with things I think.

So lets have a bit of a round up of who's Folding and on what hardware.

What hardware and clocks are people running?

Just 24/7 SMP on my 2500k @ 4.5ghz averaging between 10,000 - 15,000 PPD depending on the WU's I am given and how much gaming I do.

No point in me folding on my AMD 6850 until core 16 is fully up and running.

SMP- Intel Core 2 Duo E6300, 2.87GHz, 1.325V

GPU- ASUS 560 Ti DirectCU 2; Discreet 830MHz, 975mV, auto fan; Overt 959MHz, 1050mV, average 70-93% fan profile.

I fold from 8 AM auto wake on timer since I'm at work to sunset, using the electricity off the rooftop solar. Trying overnight folding this weekend to use the graphics card as a room heater this autumn-winter

i5-2500K @ 4.40GHz 24/7, GeForceGTX275 dedicated 24/7 (secondary to a Radeon HD 6950, Folding is all it ever does)

Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GHz running SMP probably 4-6 hours a day

P4 HT 530 folding 24/7, but that thing finishes about 1 WU a week running full-time. It's really sad.

Thinking of adding another computer, it's an AMD hex-core that I'm just starting to piece out in my mind. Electricity isn't an issue, the computers make up maybe 2-3% of the bill in good ol' sunny Florida with good ol' crappy 1960s windows that can't insulate for crap.

The primary machine does the lion's share of the Folding. On that note, ~9.5k PPD sound about right for it, or am I missing WUs somewhere?

Well you suckered me into registering on the forums. I was just going to fold quietly then slip away into the night.

I usually do a distributed computing project for one month every year. It's been a few years since I did FAH. Last run was over at OCXtreme, where I folded with a pretty darn good guy called stevehat1, I went back over there to fold and everyone was gone. Searched around at gathered that steve was over here, so... YOU HERE STEVE? Anyway, sadly my month is coming to an end here in 2 days, and I'll be shutting everything down as the work units finish.

Main rig

2600K @ 4.8Ghz BIGADV

460GTX 1900Mhz shaders

File Server

1090T X6 @ 3.8Ghz SMP

4850 stock

HTPC

Athlon X2 939 3800+ @ 2.5Ghz SMP

240 GT stock

Bedroom PC

Q6600 stock(so I can sleep, runs fine at 3.7 but the fan keeps blowing the covers off the bed) SMP

8400GS PCI stock

Kids Room

E4300 stock SMP

Welcome! Sad to see you go so soon, but thanks for the month it's appreciated! You should stick around or perhaps check in now and again here even if you aren't folding.

I used to fold on 3x 580 and 990x @ 4.5 ghz.

but GPU Tracker is giving me problem. all my gpu stuck at 100%

anyone here know how to solve this issue?

First off make sure your internet connection is ok and that the WU has been sent. click on the client tab, stop GPU WU , delete GPU WU, close tracker. restart tracker and a new WU should be downloaded

i did that, but the WU is not recorded in my work log.

Lets try to keep this a list of Folders and hardware if we can and we can problem solve in a dedicated thread.

Cheers folks.

Hi Bud!!

Had noticed that you were folding for us and that you hadn't registered on the fourms until now. Glad you came by and joined us for awhile wish you could stay full time!

.

Haven't been around too much lately as my 1931 Ford sedan delivery street rod is getting painted and a new interior also. So no money for hardware for awhile LOL.

Really glad you chose us for your limited F@H, and you are welcome back at any time!!

I understand that. I have my '67 mustang just wasting away in this Oregon rain. I need to put some money in it.

I hopefully will give about 1.6 million points before I'm done for awile. Through everything but the kitchen sink in. Except the laptop I can never bring myself to fold on a laptop, would have added a few thousand. I've been pretty happy I haven't had too many glitches. Getting the file server x6 stable at 3.8 has been the challenge on air in my closet.
