Who's Folding?

Just my hexcore Xeon at 3.3ghz for now...and maybe some random uniprocessor clients. Would like to go SR2 when summer ends and it gets cooler.
EVGA Sr2 is build by a mate of mine as i just don´t have time anymore and no patients for it,
not sure what CPU´s he did in there but i am sure they are fast
he already has a few rigs Folding and the SR2 will join as well , Folded a few WU´s already (testing purpose) ...
i have not seen my new rig yet as i left it all over to him (he is a hardware guy BTW)...
EDIT just called him and i can pick it up saturday CPU are Intel® Xeon® X5650
there goes my money naaaa we made a great deal (which i can´t talk about
)...

For now there are 3x 560´s in it but i want 3x 580 and later maybe another one...
my other hobby takes some money as well (new Heli just came in see other thread!) BTW before anyone thinks i robbed a bank NOOO i sold one of my motorcycles

Ray, let me know how those X5650s clock. I've always wondered. I have a few of them in production servers. I really wish Dell would include overclocking on their PowerEdge servers

i made a (asked) a picture for a video (also asked a millon times if I can make it) for a support of the F@H well i have no idea where that is at ...
i have tried a lot of threads with F@H support that got cannelerend right away on here (reason never explained), getting the feeling i am the cause,
reason why i am not much on here anymore...

So your beef is about some ram and a video?
The video fair do's is my fault but tbh Ive been a tiny bit busy.
Ram wise is down to Mushkin and the fact that IMC yeilds fell through their arse, so nothing to do with me.
If this is what all the bitching is about and why you have joined another team then I hate to say it dude but you are really never going to be happy anywhere, and its people like you that make me not want to bother trying to help anyone.
Maybe you should ask Kup about the ammount Ive given him?

Sure, he gets the PPD, but so does the rest of the team. You were doing damn fine with PPD with no help from anyone else. Everyone would love free hardware I'm sure of that, but there is only so much to go around.
I know you're not into folding for free hardware. You're doing it for the cause and for the team. Ray, I'm confused why you are getting worked up over this.
I'm happy you're folding again even if it isn't for us. It's all for the cause, right? I'd love to see pics of your new SR-2 rig too! I actually find myself being a little jealous of it
I gave Kup the kit as he is fairly close to me geographically so a: doesnt cost a mint to post b: I can get it back easily

I know the Muskin thing is a bit of a PITA but it's not the fault of Tom or OC3D or anyone but the gods. The ram was going to be top notch and the parts were unable to live up to the required speeds, so no decent ram chips, no decent ram sticks.
Ray, I'm glad you're Folding, I really am. Obviously you know we'd ALL LOVE you to be Folding back at home here but it's the cause that the main thing. If you need to vent, PM me, try not to have an argument publicly.

Have you been out for spring trout fishing in southeren Oregon yet? We drove into a just about a white out going into Diamond on June 2nd
They still had 4' of snow between the cabins up at at the lodge, and with only one boat ramp open. Don't think the north road into Crater Lake will be open until mid July at best......screwy weather, and what happened to global warming????????????????
