Whats the difference with these drives?

Hello. I just ordered some additional drives for my FreeNas server. They were sold as WD Caviar Green 2TB Drives (factory refurbished or something). However they differ from the ones i already have. The ones i already have actually say "WD Caviar Green" on them, but the ones i just ordered do not. Do i assume it's because they have been refurbished?

The model number of the existing drives is - WD20EARS (found inside WD 2TB elements USB enclosure)

The new drives have this model number - WD20EZRX

Does anybody know the differences between these drives? I need to know weather to send them back and replace them or not. From what i can see the only difference is the new ones i have are very slightly faster, and very slightly less green?

Cheers,
Chris.

Here are the spec sheets for those drives : WD20EARS click and WD20EZRX click.
WD20EARS has a sata II interface while WD20EZRX has a sata III interface.
WD20EZRX is faster (145MB/s vs 110MB/s) and consumes just a bit more (6W vs 5.3 read/write and 5.5 vs 3.3 idle).
