What made you LOL today?

I'm sure it was when you grew up, but the rate of single parenting has done all its rising over the period when birth rates amongst teenagers have plummeted to all time lows(Down 60% since 1998). Like, quite obviously more openness about sex and better education on it has led to vast increases in the use and effectiveness of contraception.

Moronic comment aside, The problem started to get worse in the last few decades when cultural marxists wanted to dismantle the nuclear family, And they've succeeded, The western world is in shambles and it's getting worse by the year.

Even mention you think having morals, Wanting to get married and have kids in a stable home and you get looked at like an alien.

Then why is the issue of single parenting now almost exclusive to the older boomer & gen x generations? Like there's literally a clear statistical almost complete drop off for people born & raised in the last few decades in western countries?

I've worked all over the UK and the amount of single mother teens is still high, If there are no stats about it, It's because they don't want to look properly.

There is lots of data and research on it, and it all shows(For the UK) teenage mums now account for less than 1% of single parent, that the average age is 39, and that the largest age group is now 40-44, and half come from married families, and vast majority from long term relationships (If you're only noticing the teenage mums, imagine how big the real problem is now you know the hard data, I mean, you're in compulsory education until you're 18 now, and as of last year most 18yo's now go onto further full time education till 21+, so you can't hide that anymore either).

Also ofc, millennials have by far the lowest birth rates of any generation in recorded history, even women who want to have children are no longer economically capable, birth rates in teens has more than halved since even the 2008 financial crash, and the key reason given by millennials (Some of which are now in their 30s) for the birth rate plummet is economic instability.

Which not so coincidentally, also seems to be the driving force behind many of the real, data-verifiable causes and trends for single parenthood and its recent rise.

While funny, pretty sure Intel has a bounty program to find bugs/vulnerabilities. They reward people. Whereas AMD do not have this type of program and there's less interest in it, not to mention the less previous history and research done on the architecture.
 
When you realize it's nearly as expensive to buy a new pen for wacom intuos 4 as it is to by a better pen+display

This is a local council leaflet, NCA logo just for effect. UK councillors are more or less volunteers, no salary and part time, probably an average age of 60, and they probably made this in MS paint.

I got a email from my solicitor today. It's from the guy who used to do the maintenance on my flat when I moved in. In it he says I hate German people, I hate Polish people and I am totally racist because I refused to let him in or the Polish guy who wanted to start the repairs as I was moving out.

Now this would normally not be funny unless.

1. I let them both in, otherwise how would he know me? I told my landlady I didn't want him in there again because he merrily used to walk around taking pictures with his camera without my consent. Which is totally illegal.

2. I was told by my trust not to let in the Polish builder because of my computers and the fact I was moving out in 3 weeks any way.

So again, still not funny especially given the raw amount of defamation in the letter (which I will be doing something about, BTW).

However what did make me LOL really hard was that I forwarded this email onto my housing trust manager Selena and she said "They did the same thing to me". Apparently when Selena was drilling them into the ground with her legal knowledge they threw a strop and accused her of being racist.

Which if you had ever met Selena you would laugh so hard at. Given she's really sweet, super polite and does her job wonderfully.

There are much bigger problems to this obviously. Firstly they are flinging scat at me trying to slur my name (which is irrelevant, given this has nothing to do with the state of the flat but that my landlady didn't protect the deposit so it's all totally infertile and nonsensical) but secondly that a black woman in this day and age can go around using the race card. It's very similar to the "He had sex with me without consent" card and I will absolutely be doing something about it.

I don't even think she understands *why* she is being taken to court. That's how clever she is.

They apparently don't know the meaning of the word racist and are hoping to panic you, Polish and German people are Caucasian, Last I saw a pic of you on here that you posted, You're also Caucasian... so yeah... can't be racist towards your own race, It doesn't work like that.

I hate the word racism, It's lost all meaning, People throw it around thinking it has power when in reality it's used by idiots to whine about something.
