I've heard the AI is laughable ;)

Its alright in my opinion (had a quick go at it last night) but then again I wasn't expecting much of it after I saw the gameplay trailers. Reminds me quite a bit of Sleeping dogs but with slighly less awkward stealth.

Well to me so far it's like a shrunk down GTA5 minus the GTA5 ^_^

You should of got it on the PC, Those extra missions including ALL other content is available through the Deluxe Edition on Steam *Digital version of the Dedsec Edition* you just wouldn't of gotten the map or figurine AND you would of saved yourself £35 and gotten way better performance ;)

I'll have to see what the return policy is on it when it's delivered. It's coming from game. Is there controller support on the PC version? I'd imagine there is but don't know how well it performs, can only really do it by controller for PC now.

Yeah there's controller support and it doesn't matter what Games return policy is they are not immune to the law, If the item is not fit for use then by LAW you can get a refund, Just don't open it or use any of the keys.
 
I just called home and the game has arrived but it was £90, I'm sure it was £80, I'll be checking on the site now.

Edit: Oh yeah it is £90, my bad!

Nice to know you can get good performance on your 290x even with the blockades Nvidia setup. Also Dicehunter you mention that it has game controller support, have you given it a go yet? if so any good?

Didnt get the game yet, as was pissed at the devs, but might give it a shot. Since I never got GTA 5. Ignorance is a bliss ;)

Yeah I've given it a go, Played it a bit with my 360 controller *wireless dongle etc...* works very well and is very responsive :)
 
Performance is better with the AMD 14.6 drivers. Driving still causes big FPS drops.

I did some FPS benching using this section of the game and got

Medium Preset & FXAA - 44 Min 55 Max
High Preset & FXAA - 36 Min 45 Max
Ultra Preset & FXAA - 32 Min 42 Max

Already fell from the map 3 times and I havent completed the first mission yet, what the heck is wrong with ubisoft, did they put their tester on minimum wage or what?
 
The patch they released with the game today seems to have made the game run better. Now when I minimize it my FPS doesn't half when I return to the game.

I've not had any issues with falling through the ground yet.

performance isnt that bad for me, all set on high with medium quality, averaging 90 fps.

I fell once when I got out of the stadium, before the phone rings, and fell twice when passing throuh the gate going to the garage once outside the stadium, raged hard and alt+F4'ed the shit out of it :mad:
