I am not sure why you are missing out on the points. You obviously had them before, otherwise getting almost 800K in a month would be an awesome system

the only things I can think of (provided that the servers do work properly) is that the passkey is not set properly, or wasn't present when downloading the WUs (both of which don't really make sense). or that the WU restarted somewhere, causing a delay and making you miss the deadline for the QRB, which is again unlikely.

What I do see is that in the last two weeks, your WUs numbers are lower then before. If you have been using your computers more then before thats normal of course. But if nothing changed, it is a weird change. Which I can only explain with not handing in WUs (either by failing them or handing them in too late).

However with you and yassarikhan reporting the same problem, I don't know if the servers are actually working properly. I haven't noticed the non crediting myself yet.

Edit: hold on, did you say you didn't have the Passkey in your settings? or am I misunderstanding this?

If you didn't fill that in, then, there's you problem

I didn't fill that in but it had been crediting me QRB before so don't understand why it suddenly matters now. My points have been terrible for the past two weeks because my overclock that was fully stable in Win 7 needed to be lowered 100Mhz to be stable in Lubuntu 11.10 as it's so much more efficient - and as such I would complete a 30k WU only to have the system freeze up upon send and never see my points.

You see the huge peak? That's what I should be earning and it was all going fine now they sorted out the terrible SMP's that were crediting QRB but crediting it very poorly

I am not sure what to say actually.

I have never seen/heard of getting the QRB without filling in a passkey. But to be honest I haven't used the Tracker once. So it might have something to do with that.

All I can say is that it should be working properly now.

I checked the settings on GPU Tracker V2 yesterday and all of the relevant information was there (including the passkey). Since missing out on some major points the last few days the SMP units seem to be crediting OK now, but I've not had any more of the units that failed to credit (whilst showing in the logs that they had completed successfully). Hopefully I don't run into any more issues with the WU's that bugged out on me, but this is Stanford we are talking about

Everything is crediting fine since manually adding passkey. Maybe they only just started forcing it to be manual rather than assigning one automatically.

2x 6k GPU units to be done by the end of the day + ~16k from SMP.

I manually added the pass key when I started folding so it's strange some WU's have not been crediting.

I thought you meant PPD for a moment!

Looked in to renting a dedicated server today and for £400/ month would get a pair of 16core Opterons would get something along the lines of 70-100k PPD - really not worth it compared to buying your own systems. You're paying for the speed of results returns more than the amount of results rendered.

PPD > Points Per Day. PPD is how many points a 24/7 folding rig earns in a day. Unless you fold 24/7 you won't get your full PPD or bonus points

Well, i have 2 computers that actually fold 24/7, but one of em(Main rig) is probably folding effectively 100% for 18-20hrs, and the rest is like 75-80%.

The Server(2500k) folds 24/7

Yeh, I mostly get the 3843 point WU's and I do on occasion get the 7000+ point WU's, although with the 7000+ point WU's my PPD drops from ~25 k to ~16k. The 3000 point WU's are the best for PPD, I have found.

LOL. I guess I should say 100K PPD with the 764x GPU and the 80xx SMP wu's vs. 803x and good SMP wu's.

Anyway they are a terrible hit on my 560TI 448's, over 9K per card

I have been feeling like not all of my points were being credited too. I thought it was a problem with my computer or sothing. Looks like a lot of people are dropping PPD.
