If you look at the pictures there are a lot of cable management holes where they are needed, so I don't see how it should be tricky with those well placed cutouts.
It is a problem ONLY for GPU's because often times the cable has to run the bottom of the card then up to the power ports. So the cable is often seen running over the fans.
