Edit: Just Googled Roman Chairs and it shows something else. :S Basically, one person sits on the floor with legs open, the other stands infront, tucks there toes under their knees and sits down, sits up and stands up. Tried to get a girl I used to work in the gym with to do it with me. She wouldn't have it. I just got my sweaty hairy training partner. :\
