Being well into your health and fitness is a good thing but it becomes a bit of a negative when you feel rotten and disgusted if you miss a day or you eat something naughty once.
I remember being obsessed to the point were a few years ago I was planning how I would get a workout in outside on Christmas Day in the snow before going to do dinner with the family. That was unhealthy.
