Safe to use Watercooling UK?

I want to buy some demciflex dust filters for my Fractal R5.
I have scoured the internet for them and the only place i can see it being bought from is Demciflex's website which is from the US or WCUK, OCUK doesnt stock them which im really disappointed about.

So is WCUK safe to use? Anybody had any experience with their service recently?

I'm Aussie, so no experience to speak of, but i remember a while ago there were some warnings around about that site.

It was a long time ago, so they may have picked up their game since then.

And also is it guaranteed that Paypal will refund me the full amount if i encounter a problem like not receiving the items at all or the items taking too long to arrive?

brilliant supplier order most of my watercooling and braiding stuff from them. Never had an issue stuff always arrives quickly and pricing is competitive.

I think they are one of the last remaining decent dedicated watercooling suppliers around as the rest have all gone under

I cant think of a time they have ever been dodgy Ive been using them for at least 5 years without an issue. They have changed quiet a bit in that time becoming much more professional. I remember they used to offer laser cutting and powder coating ect but they have stopped all of that now.

I ordered from WCUK last week and my stuff came next day with DPD. I wish I'd known about them sooner, could have saved me a fortune as they had a one day sale selling 13/19 fittings for 99p FFS. I paid £3.80 for my others !

I used them about 2 years ago for my HWlabs radiators cause no one else stocked the ones I needed!!

Used a freight forwarding company and the order was delivered to them in about 2 working days after order.

Cant vouch for warranty or anything though. Never had to.
