what so a quad rad will cool a 580 (oc), i7 950 (oc) and the mobo?

Pretty much yes mate, or a 360 and a 240 in the same loop. There is no need for a twin loop set up everytime.

You are just spouting stuff you have read rather than actually knowing what you are talking about.

A quad rad would be ok if it was a quality one. AMD is right in the fact twin loops would be better, but a single would still work. IMHO a 360 and a 240 in the same loop with a DDC Ultra would be the best ballence of tidyness and performance.. Dont worry about loop order just aim for tidy

Maybe I should just cool the cpu and gpu for now because a water block for a rampage 3 extreme is 189 dollars that I dont really need to spend at the moment
