...has reported about 4 SKUs of R600 codenamed Dragonshead, Dragonshead 2, Catseye and UFO and confirm that R600 has 512-bit memory controller. The fourth R600 based card is codenamed UFO and clocked slower than R600XL. It comes with 512 MB of GDDR3 memory and has dual DVI and TV out but no Vivo. ...apparently the specifications and benchmarks of R600 are leaked. The rumored ATi Radeon X2800 XTX specs are 4way׳ (MADD(2flops) + MUL(1flop))׳ 800 MHz ׳ 64 SPs = 614.4GFlops, Core Clock of 700 MHz and Memory Clock of 1100 MHz (2200 DDR). Here's the rumored benchmarks using an old Athlon 64 FX-55, WHQL driver and 1024x768 noAA/noAF :

hmmm, the card itself looks 9in. but with the fan has to be over 12in. wc is going to be a must for most people to be able to fit this beast.

Seems a little stupid to include an 8-pin connecter when people are just buying into 6pin connectors.

Also I love how we get a few numbers :p

rofl - us uk folk get it for double the amount - we like it that way, i mean, without paying double how would we get all that stuff like allowing pedos walk around free and all those nice mercs for the governors

me want though non the less :p

It is crazy long, but it looks like you can plug a 6 pin power connector into the 8 pin, notice the wide ramp area on the top.
