R22/CO2 CASCADE!

Hey again, time for another project to start. Turns out theres a welding shop in my town across from Wendys, hell knows how I never realized this. So the Co2 cascade is on till I get ethylene one day. Updated parts list and I'll be starting on the case tommorow since I'm not in my phase workshop this weekend and just at my dads with my wood and acrylic tools!

Now as many of you do or do not know, cascade's can be dangerous. Do not try this at home unless you know what your doing or are bored (like me! :p ).

So onto the parts list and I refuse to post a new project thread without pics, so some autocad's of case design and parts are attached! :( This Cascade will be okay on the noise level as well since I won't be using rotary's, will be movable and will also be a benching station all included (maybe).

The idea for the benching station would be to have double stacked mobo mounts on the side door of the case for mounting a mobo over insulation for cascade action, but I'm thinking of not doing this and instead making a nice door, maybe with a window?

Parts List:

2x 1/3hp Matush1ta Reciprocating Compressors

10" Square 2" thick Condenser

1/2 ton Coaxial Interstage HX

60" Flex line (in the mail to Jinu to get braided!)

Cap in cap evap with custom mount and insulation (Evap made by a friend)

Temprite 340 Oil Seperator

Standard filters

Capillary line

Custom Benching Case out of MDF/Hardyboard

Gases:

R22 and Co2 up until something better!

Well Onto the show, and I'll be posting pics of cascade progress and parts progress.
