Ok so it's been a little while since the last update and that's because I was basically waiting for my girlfriends family to go to the States so I could order some high speed Panaflo fans which you can't seem to get over here very easily.
I was very tempted by the medium power ones, but for the way I'm going to use them, it didn't make sense.
Also bought some medium power Yate Loons which I couldn't find readily available over here either and an XSPC Delta V3 with smaller mounting plate (775 & 1366) as it worked out to something like £30 from America-Land.
Firstly the specs of the fans and then the thinking behind the purchases followed by some piccars:

I'm going to have the 3 Pana's bolted to the botom of a new Thermochill (15mm spacings) PA120.3 in the roof of the ATCS blowing hurricanes straight out when I'm benching / gaming but at night turning them off via fan controller. On the top of the rad bolted directly to the mounts on the roof, I'll have the 3 Yates which will be used for at night or when I just want things to be a little quieter.
The only snag I may come in to is the width of it all.. I'm not 100% convinced the 38mm Pana's plus the 25mm Yates plus the rad thickness wont overhang the mobo tray.
This is pretty much it just for the time being as I can't buy anything else until I get the fraud sorted out on my current account. Debit card cancellation = me poor until I get my new one.. That and the fact it was cleaned out doesn't help either.
Piccar time! Excuse the mish mash quality.. Batteries died as I was taking them so didn't get the chance to get good-uns.
