Thanks

so I decided to move my rig into the r3 and have it on air for a bit until I get all my watercooling stuff and a new graphics card, since I had to remove my 460 to send off to cleeecooo (person on different forum)

so here are some pics of the rig

I was bored after finishing my english prelim today, so I decided to draw up a plan of my proposed watercooling loop, here it is:

well 6950 was a level of power not specifically that card

since I'm 16 and don't have a job, it's kinda hard to get a lot of money, also I need to buy a waterblock, two rads and some bitspower fittings, although I do have some things to sell

The draft looks like it's going to be tight spacing inside the R3. Hope you'll be able to complete this without much problems. Can't wait to see the result.

Thanks guys

cocacola, the only tight space should be where I want to put the top rad, but the front has plenty of space, the hard drive bays are around 100mm wide and 300mm tall

Hate to put a shitter on your plans but a rad AND fans above the board will never happen. Also if its a really skinny rad it will be uber pointless aswell.

Best way in that case is a 360 in the front with a pump and res on the floor or something

Oh haha, same me too

I only need to upgrade my proccessor though, my 460's can handle anything I throw at them in 3D

ttl, thanks for posting in my log

I was getting really good temps with my 30mm black ice stealth gt 360 rad and ek xt360 47mm rad, so I doubt the temps will be huge, I'd rather not, but I could get a new top for my pump and a res and mod the case to accommodate my two current rads.

wassupdoc, I need a new processor too and a new graphics card

will probably wait for ivy though

had more of a think about the cooling, and what do you guys think of a thick 360mm rad in the front and a 30mm thick 240mm rad in the roof for cooling my graphics card and processor? I will also go for a smallish tube res (about 150mm) and a top for my pump
