And Download Linux for the Time he cant get Windows. So he can be at least Online.

BTW : You dont have any Copies of XP in the house ?

then you have a Problem because as far as i know its illegal to Download XP or any windows... 2-3 Month ago useres were able to D-LOAD a free BETA Copie of XP64 but windows stopped the D-LOAD.

Sooo the only chance atm seems to be LINUX. LINUX is a well woking and easy OS. You should try it.
