Pets corner. For all of our furry friends.

Was £35 but part of a deal with Viv, heat pad, stat and accessories.Think it was £100 for everything and a few pinkies as im a yorkshireman and always want something for nothing!

Just had a shed lastnight and hes much hyper today, my four year old loves handling him.... our lass runs a mile.... hmmm might get some more! :p

£35 for a common?mhmm, thats not to bad as ive seen some shops selling them for £40-50 =\, i got slightly caught out when i first got my corn snakes, payed £45 each for my 3 (snow, amel and miami corns).

If your thinking about getting some more check out RFUK most young corns on there classifieds are around 15-25 but some of the rarer morphs are a little more. They will also be happy help out if you need any help with owt or need some info.

Amazon has heatmats and stuff (hate heatmats personaly as they can cause burns pretty easy in larger animals if they sit on them) with some google work you can find ceramic bulbs (personal fav) and guards to top them rubbing against them as they get very hot, same goes with quality thermostats/pulse stats (needed if using ceramics/side mounted heat mats to stop it getting to hot and cooking them) can also be found online with a little google work.

As for buying the reptiles my personal fav is the market place on RFUK (google or check my previous post for link) as they are alot cheaper than reptile shops and 90% of them come from people keeping them as pets and decided to breed them to help with the bills/some extra money for some new ones, can also find equipment on there pretty easy. But if its your first snake/reptile its worth going to a pet/reptile shop and find out all the information you need and if you need anything extra to get it sorted before you take it home.

Housing equipment i personaly used to use stacker box's that have secure lid clips for smaller snakes (have a tub stack now can get some pics if wanted) and then home built vivariums when there bigger, but you can keep most smaller snakes (6-7ft and under) in big box's all of there life and they will be nice and happy aslong as there at the right temperatures and its well vented.

My brother has a half border half rott. Cute as hell but god, drives me crazy. Won't stop friggin jumping on you. That's why I don't have dogs. I love them, but they're kinda stupid. They're fine once they get a bit older but a bit much when they get big and still jump around like plebs.

That's why I chose cats with dog personality (minus the jumping on you of course).

Since posting here last I have a new girl ! Meet Woolly.

My F3 Savannah girl (African Serval cross).

Here she is doing her job - guard cat. Woolly is about the size and weight of an average Staffordshire bull terrier and not to be messed with. She's very protective too, so we don't worry too much about burglars in our house.

Unfortunately, my furry friends have moved on. My family used to breed AKC registered German Dachshunds. I had 3, 2 studs and 1 female.

Max was a black and tan AKC registered Bloodline Grand Champion
Passed at age 15 :(

Teddy was a rare Double Dapple Dachshund bred
Passed at age 13 :(

Roxxy was another black and tan AKC registered Bloodline Grand Champion
Passed at age 14 :(

All 3 were full size and have been dearly missed these past few years.

I'll try to find some old pics in storage to share.
