Feels weird, but i'll get used to it. The site now feels a lot more modern and slick, plus there's some nice additions too so its all good. The only weird thing is that my profile pic is tiny now, gonna have to change the image resolution and save The Stig.

On a side note, that tennis game was impossible

Hopefully everyone will settle in nicely with the new software. We've tried to make it operate as close to the old one as possible, but Invision changed practically EVERYTHING lol

Looking good so far, liking these changes as well. My only gripe is a minor one. On the forum main page the Recent Topics box takes up a whole column by itself. It would look better and not shrink the main forum so much if the ads appeared below this box instead of to the side.

I haven't seen the RAW SQL or PHP in years but I still maintain that the forum software is better then that vBulletin offer

I come from the old 2.3.X days when I retired lol, but if you need a hand I don't mind helping

I changed my profile pic but when i make posts or view my profile it's the old pic, but when i go to change my pic again it says its the new one. Anyone know what's going on there?

Unfortunately I couldn't do it that way as the column for 'Recent Topics' can also be customised to have a whole load more stuff in there like status updates, new files, blogs..etc

If you don't need that column though, you should be able to collapse it by hovering around the top-right of the box?

I agree it's much better than vB, especially when they released the awful version 4. I just wish there was more community support/plugins for the latest versions.

Ah you're right. That works. When I first did that I hit the X on the box itself so the box just shrinks and the columns stays. If you move the cursor a little higher you can shrink the whole column. Thanks

You can get rid of it by hoovering over it then click the close button in the right hand corner, other wise it can be used for a whole host of other features like this
