I like Assassin's creed a lot, but it could have been a lot better, the formula was too repetitive to hold interest after the first or second main assassination

Most don't - which is why they are not so good. Doom3 was a good example of no atmosphere - they just teleported monsters into places you had just looked and then used lighting effects to make it a surprise - that was just annoying!!!

haha, Alone in the Dark, I was just talking about that game the other day.
