new ssd

hi guys,

im looking for a new ssd for my secondary computer, its currently got a rubbish 80gb Hitachi drive out of an old laptop in it since my last harddrive died and it is painfully slow.

so i was wondering if anyone can recommend me a ssd to use, my motherboard only supports sata 2 of the intel controller but it has a sata 3 connection of a third party controller i think so the latest and greatest ssd's arnt for me. capacity wise i think i want around 90gb that seems to be a sweet spot for my uses

What about mushkin Chronos 90gb, they are pretty cheap right now

there was a kingston 120gb ssd for sale on scan.co.uk last week for 65 quid but im not sure now

There are deals left right and center these day on SSDs, you should be able to find one going cheap easy. If that Kingston deal is still going though i'd go for one of those
