the handling in carbon is garbage, they changed something, but i dont like it at all, also, u cant run it at high settings cuz ur computer will blow up
Lalwz at Darkorb. My friend can max that game out on his machine thats not to different from yours. I turn all that extra garbage off like the wind on the car, the motion blur, overbright, ect. Ive done that since UG2. Ive played this game on 360 and im not to impressed. I got it installed on my net drive last night and played for about 5 hours. Still not impressed. As mentioned the handling is different compared to MW and its GAY! Seriously, and the cops are harder but i really dont care about that. This coming from a person whos beat all NFS games since Hot Pursuit (Yes, Windows95 game already mentioned ). Idk if ill get through this one, seems lamer than MW with the lame cut scenes. And for peat sakes they coulda changed the girl. NFSIII HP FTW
Yea Mike is right. Most Wanted was the next "Hot Pursuit" takin a different way. Carbon is now the next "Under Ground". I have now 3/4 beatin it and i absolutely HATE the new drift system. They made your car handling worse than Hot Wheels Turbo Racing back on the 64. I dont get how people can actualy master that, if there really is a mastering to it. It is very short too.
I personally didn't like the setting of Most Wanted. It didn't do the game any justice. If they chose to let you race in a different looking place then it would have been better. I liked the customization of NFSU2 over that of most wanted, but I liked having the exotic cars such as the lamborghini to choose from.
I didnt like how you had to have star rating and rep. That was just lame. And i personaly like the light better than the dark becasue the dark gets real annoying after a while.
handling is completely fudged, and the drifting is impossible!
Yes sir, completely rediculous. I consdier myself a good driver in these games but its almost impossible. I still get scores of over 100,000 and idk how i do it.
