That folder is 5gb that would take me a couple of days to upload. If I were you i'd uninstall it and redownload overnight, it should have downloaded the maps so something must have gone wrong with Steam.
I had to redownload the game over the weekend because I deleted some files by accident, when I reinstalled it, it only installed the single player for some reason so I uninstalled it again and instead of installing the SP first I installed the MP first and it did both SP and MP. You might have to do the same, also if you right click on on the game in your steam library, choose properties, choose the language tab and then select English from the drop down list It will then download in English instead of Russian. Activision are now allowing Russian keys to download in English now, this is why some people like Bloomerz and Firat got an English download.

Mmmmmm....., it downloaded the english files...exept, when i go on survival or spec ops, it says it cant find the map files? its really strange, and it does it for some of the MP maps too!

Strange, it must not have downloaded properly or something, all maps are working for me. I'd upload the folder for you but it would take me about 2 and a half days to do it, best thing to do is to try reinstalling it but select and install the MP first. It will automatically download the SP as well because the files needed to run the MP are part of the SP as well.

No need to patch anymore you can download in English, If it doesn't download in English right click on the game in your Steam library > Properties > Language and the select English from the drop down list.

New here but I saw this post and thought I'd contriboot!
I got my Russian key from www.cdkeyhouse.com and it was pretty simple.
I was a bit weary because the site asked for a phone number and other details that all had to match my PayPal details (I entered my mobile no) and then received a PIN by SMS which I had to enter before they processed the order and e-mailed the key.
I didn't have to download any English language packs or anything, everything was already in English.
Ran Steam through a VPN in Ukraine, activated the key, started the download, exited Steam, removed VPN, booted up Steam as normal to finish download.
I would recommend the site I mentioned personally as I also got MW3 for £17
