BTW guys I said earlier to remove the Russian files when you put the English ones in "don't do it, leave them where they are or steam will keep downloading them!!!!"

I just read it somewhere whilst trying to find faster links to the English files and realized that is what Steam has been downloading all day killing my bandwidth

I used the first method and i've just checked my IP address and it's gone back to my normal one so I think it stops after a while and that it's just a demo version.

Oh and you can stop it as soon as you have activated the key.

I've tried using the Russian Site to get a Russian IP address, but the website keeps coming back with an error.

I used Solution 1 afterwards. It didn't open for me firstly; it came up with Adobe Pixel Bender, which uses the same file extension.

I did a little reg edit and it worked INSTANTLY.

If you are having the same issue on Windows 7 take these steps:

1. Launch Notepad.

2. Copy the following content into Notepad.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.pbk]

@="pbkfile"

3. Save to Desktop with the name .pkb.reg.

4. Launch the saved file from Desktop to modify the registry to change the file association.
