Measurements for Corsair 540 midplate??

i want to cover the ugly hotswap bays in a corsair 540 at the bottom.


i know you can buy so called midplates for that purpose.


but with shipping it is a bit expensive for a piece of acryl.


i would like to build one myself and i thought maybe somone knows the measurement.

the corsair 540 is a popular case, maybe someone here has build such a cover?
so i can spare myself the time to figure it out myself.

I believe Coldzero @ coldzero.eu, could help you with measurements. He makes and sells them. He is based in Portugal too. Last time I had a delivery from him it was quite cheap, even to a country outside of EU. Check his page out and reach out to him.

Failing that, just use some cardboard and trim it down till its a good fit. Making things from scratch is the fun part. Should enjoy doing it, even taking the measurements.

yes i looked there already. it´s 26 euro with shipping.
the whole case did cost me 105 euro.


i have the opportunity to make it at work for free.
only would need the measurements.


i doubt they would send me a sketch, they want to make money.


just thought someone made such a thing and has a sketch handy.
