Matrix, DCII or what..?

In all honesty if I had £400 burning a hole in my pocket for gpu/s I'd be going with 2 x MSI 560 Hawks, they will blow any 580 out of the water, you'll be getting more performance for same price as the Matrix and they look damn sexy with the twin frozr III.

The Matrix is a nice piece of bling, but imo not worth the premium over the DCII, maybe even worth giving the Gainward Phantom 580 a look, as it'll be fine with oc'ing due to the sweet quiet cooler

tell ya what then why not research it a bit then and we'll stop givin ya adevise since you dont seem to take it for how its intended. If your going to do 2 monitors on a single card I would strongly suggest you research what the extra mem will do for it. As I said before you said OR WHAT!! in the origional post why not save others time here and list the cards you want only and say these are the only ones I am looking at

I'll stop trying to help you now as it seems to not be what you want

Peace out

If you'd read the post you'd notice I'm between 2 Asus GTX580's, the Matrix and the DCII. The others are just some random-cards people have come with..

The 3slot cooler is soooooo sexy mate (a' And besides I've got room for 2 of them coolers, so if I want, I still can go SLI/CF with 'em

It might be sexy looking but it's still a crap cooler no matter how you look at it.

I have both the Lightning and the Cu ii GTX580 cards and the MSI cooler is by far the best cooler. It is quieter, cools a lot better, only two slot design and looks much better in my opinion of course:D

The only reason that the Cu II cooler has a three slot design is because Asus wanted to use the two 92 mm fans.

If you take the cooler of the card and disassemble it you will see what most of it is just some fancy plastic cover the heat sink area is actually quite small.

I feel like a girl sayin' this, but the bigger the better. That means GFX cards, don't get me wrong :3

Nah but.. A huge card looks better in my eyes, seen the Mars II yet for an example? Holy c**p!
