Hello,
I just got my Mach 2 GT in the mail the other day. I bought it off ebay from a guy that did a review on it and then stored it away (i.e. only used once for about 2 days). I got it for a pretty good price ($551USD + shipping) and am going in overtime, trying to build my new case (I'll post pics, once it's done).
But in the mean time, I need to get the LGA775 CPU adapter, but I'm confused on a few things.
1) On all the US sites that sell it, they call the kit a "LGA775 EasyMod CPU Kit" but Extreme Prometeia just calls it a "LGA775 CPU kit".
2) Extreme Prometeia states "this kit is based on a brand new design focussing on aluminium parts rather than plastic for better heat dissipation with the new processors" where the US sites don't mention anything about it being made from aluminium. (I would perfer the aluminum over plastic).
So, as far as you know, are the "EasyMod" kit sold on the US sites the same as the one sold on Extreme Prometeia? (or are they some kind of older version of the kit)?
Lastly, if it turns out that the kit on Extreme Prometeia is better, I would like to order from you. But on Extreme Prometeia (during Checkout) it says "For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero" I'm in the US and I tried the order process (I stop when I was redirected to HSBC Bank) and during the process, I was unble to find an "Exempt Button". If I do end up ordering from you, where do I find this button?
Thank you for your time, you guys have been very tolerant of my (probably stupid) questions...so far
