When I say rarely seen? this is the first time it has seen light bulb light in six years.
Starting at the beginning. Interplay Fallout collection.
Bethesda Fallout collection with mini nuke. Never opened.
Fallout 3. This is the lunchbox edition.
This was what you got when you bought the Brotherhood of steel ltd ed. Just this and another copy of the game (I have 5)
This is my rarest FO3 item. I do not have the Pip Boy edition, because it was a crap clock that broke and changed hands for a grand.
That is a dev Vault 101 shirt. Note dev, they were never given or sold to the public. I got that from a charity auction for kids with autism. If you ever watch the dev documentary that came with the lunchbox edition you will see Todd Howard et al wearing those. The whole team wore them during the production of the game.
And yes, it is supposed to look distressed.
Moving on. FONV.
These were only put on shelves at Target, and never for sale. My mate nicked it for me LOL.
The coasters are framed and packed in bubble wrap. This is my rarest FONV item. This is a 4mm thick board hung in windows to promote the game. It is NOT a poster. Note the date is USA, so backward.
Fallout 4.
Nuka Zapper promotional Tshirt given out at press event. Never sold.
Vault 111 shirt I got as a gift from my step son.
Vault 111 Dweller's survival guide, with poster of map and some socks LOL
FO4 face mask, again only given out at events.
And finally, this monstrosity.
Quite probably the best part of the game, even though it had mould spores in and could kill you LOL.
Crappy plastic toy soldiers and poster.
And the main event.
And who can forget "Bag Gate"?. They promised us a canvas bag ! what caused the nerd rage was that it wasn't canvas, but nylon.
Nerds went into full rage, lawsuits were threatened, and thus.
And back into the closet it all went.
