Hey, I'm fairly new here and loving it so far. I was just wondering if there's many other ladies on here? Well ladies that are actually active anyway.
I know we're rare in this world, but we do exist!

Been meaning to update my build but with the extortionate prices of the GPUs i'm stick with my old 670 :( Hopefully prices come down so I can finally get a build sorted! Bit out of the loop though... my current rig was made about 5 years ago!
 
I'm in the process of upgrading my similarly aged rig. Just upgraded from a pair of 670s to a pair of used 970s as a stop gap until things calm down a bit. I've been out the loop too for a few years, just really getting back in to things lately :)
 
Great idea for thread, as daniSAUR said the guys don't bite but if they do the hose comes out and we'll cool them off.

The mods on this forum are on top of things, so I doubt leg-humping would be tolerated here. On other forums, it makes me downright embarrassed to be male when that crap happens. Ugh.
 
Thanks guys. Unfortunately it is something that happens in some forums.. Everyone here seems pretty chill though, and there's certainly a good mod / admin presence :)

I've been meaning to do the same for the time being as well, just can't even afford one of them either haha. Looking at 980Ti's though, so a little more expensive, but I might take your approach. What ones did you go for? (couldn't really see in your rig pic in the other thread - plus looking at forums whilst i'm in work... ;) )

on work time? Tut tut ;)

I went for the MSI Gaming cards as they had solid reviews and I knew alphacool did a water block

Yeah I'm pretty sold with MSI cards, still kicking myself for not getting the 1060 while it was "cheap" last year. May have to look into the 970 cards though.

Haha, I know! Just waiting for things to render.. ;)

I concur as well, most of the guys here are either anchored down, married to their rigs or both! :D

I wholeheartedly agree with Bartacus as well, some of the things I've seen are just downright shameful. Nothing of the sort here, from what I've seen at least

haha hardly, I'm old enough to be her dad !

So it's kid sister treatment for her :D

Edit. On a more serious note.. Tom, have you heard anything from Hayley lately? I think about her often, and worry about her.. Can you contact her via her email and see how she's doing?
