I may be moving my PC out of where i have it know and will no longer be able to connect to the internet with a ethernet cable, I will need a wireless adapter. I already have a wireless router now i need your guys help getting a adapter. I would prefer a USB one but a PCI would be fine and i would like to spend around $20-30. Your suggestions are appreciated.

How far away are you gonna be from the wireless access point, and what is the signal going to have to go through (how many walls and of what type of material), or are you in direct los (line of sight)? What kind of router do you have at the present?

try and get a zyxel, there brilliant, it's what we put in all the schools and they work a treat. talking of treats, theres loads of teacher treats....sorry im going of topic...

I'm a bit of a linksys fan, Ive got a USB wireless adapator when I need to... "find" other networks. Its only for wireless B but its awesome for... "finding" things.

I'm a supporter of Linksys as well, all of their products that I've owned in the past have worked exceptionally for me. In fact I've never had to replace any Linksys hardware, still got most of it running at my parents house flawlessly.

nah, linksys are on the same level as netgear, d-link etc. If you can afford it, go for something on the next level. not only will you get rock solid performance, you'll get a hell of a lot more features.

I have a new Wireless-G Linksys router and the signal will be going through about 4-5 walls. Its not that far away from the router. Maybe 30-40 feet. Very rough estimate.
