The boints haven't really changed dude, some less popular hardware now gets a tiny bit more but on a pure hardware level its pretty much the same.
What has is how only the top 2 scores in each bench for each hardware count for the team and that's shown with the team power points.
Other big changes are the cooling seperations, the lift in hardware points from 300 to 1000 and the fact that more tests get points.
